What We Collect

When you fill out our registration form, we collect:

• Your name

• Contact details (email, and/or Instagram handle)

• Age

• Information about your prior Tajweed/Arabic experience

• Your format and scheduling preferences

• Anything you choose to share with us in the open-text field

We do not collect payment information through this website. Payment is arranged directly with you, individually, after registration.

How We Use It

We use this information only to:

• Understand your learning needs and place you in the right format (group or one-on-one)

• Contact you about enrollment, class scheduling, and course updates

• Improve how we run future courses

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party for marketing purposes.

Where Your Information Lives

Registration details are stored in Google Forms/Sheets. Class communication and materials are managed through Google Classroom. Both are Google's own platforms, governed by Google's own privacy practices, in addition to ours.

Instagram Community

If you join our student Instagram community, anything you post or share there is visible to other members of that community. Please keep this in mind when sharing personal information in that space.

Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we have about you

• Correct any information that's wrong

• Delete your information, if you're not currently enrolled in an active course

Children's Privacy

Our course is open to students aged 13 and above. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger than this without a parent or guardian's involvement.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we'll update this page with a new date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated to currently enrolled students directly.
